The Adam Science Foundation runs a unique leadership programme for young professionals to develop their vision for and understanding of the key issues facing the UK Jewish community and to support them in taking up leadership positions within existing communal organisations or setting up projects of their own. The programme helps to enable participants to shape their vision for the community and look at the key challenges facing it today.
As part of their 20th Anniversary celebrations a book for essays on current issues was published. Jessica Saffer, who has worked with The Judith Trust on Limmud L’Am, examines the issue of inclusion for people with disabilities.
