The Judith Trust Inclusion Campaign was pleased to be involved in the 2nd successful year of Limmud L’Am.  Limmud L’Am means learning for all people, and focuses on the inclusion of people with learning disabilities at Limmud Conference.

We supported Norwood’s social enterprise to run a jewellery making workshop which was even bigger and better than last year!  We also ran a session on the inclusion campaign, which focused on the Pesach story of the 4 sons, and how we can teach each child according to their needs.

The participants in Limmud L’Am had a great day and attended a variety of sessions from a drumming workshop to an iPad-based Torah study if ethical and kosher eating!  All commented how much they enjoyed the day and wanted to come again – next time for longer!

The Judith Trust is excited that Harrow Limmud is the first Day Limmud to include Limmud L’Am.  Norwood’s jewellery-making workshop will run again and there will be a star performance from the Autistix, a inclusive band.
